Integration of real time PCR instruments
of the firm Roche ( Light Cycler 1.2,
Light Cycler 1.5, Light Cycler 2.0 and
Light Cycler 480) in Host EDV

For the successful linking of realtime PCR systems the following action is suggested:

  • Fulfilling probe-workflow and data-analysi
  • The concept for import and export of the probe information and the result information is worked out based ..on the analysis mentioned above.
  • The interface module is developed or adapted to correspond to the data-concept
  • Parallel to the examination, a support for macro-development for cycler is offered, so that the customer is able to integrate the complete workflow.
  • Besides the link of LC 480 with the host system the automatic workflow using the handling robot (Twister II) is offered.
